Shipping policy

  • Shipping only available to addresses within the United States.
  • All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days when orders received before 2 PM CST. 
  • Non-Remedy branded products (I.e. Ortho Molecular, Designs for Health, Metagenics, etc)
    • May be shipped drop shipped directly from the wholesaler or trusted distributor (i.e. Emerson Ecologics, Fullscript). This option allows faster shipping time to you.
    • In some cases, fullfillment may take 2-3 extra business days depending on current stock and replenishment of the items.
  • Occasional delays may occur due to stock availability, storewide sales, and unforeseeable weather conditions.
